Attorney Walsh, a Partner at Eimer Stahl and former Chief Deputy Solicitor General of Wisconsin, will provide an overview of the various state and federal court decisions that have been made in Wisconsin and elsewhere regarding government authority and COVID-19, and discuss the authority of state and local governments to act in the coming months.
The Chapter is happy to host it's first in-person speaker event since the COVID-19 pandemic began. The event will be held at the Milwaukee Club located at 706 N. Jefferson Street, Milwaukee 53202. Lunch will be served promptly at noon.
