About the Event

Who holds the constitutional authority to act on behalf of the federal government, and to what extent may they wield that authority?  The landscape is shifting, and two of Milwaukee’s best and brightest are on the front lines of litigation shaping these issues.  Join the Milwaukee Chapter of the Federalist Society for a luncheon featuring Attys. Matthew D. Krueger, partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, and Daniel R. Suhr, Partner at Hughes & Suhr LLC and President of the Center for American Rights.  Each have litigated significant cases across the country involving these constitutional questions and will offer their thoughts on where the law is and where it may be headed.
